Who we are
We think the record matters as much as the delivery.
Era Baru Business System Sdn Bhd handles collection, sorting and delivery for corporate clients across Peninsular Malaysia. Our work sits where a missed pickup is not a small inconvenience: bank branch paperwork, statement runs and deliveries that have to land the same day.
We are unusual for a courier in that the software is ours. Dispatch, the rider app, the portal and the reporting are one system we built and run, so the way an item gets tracked follows how the work is really done rather than whatever a vendor happened to support.
Our clients see the same events we do, so a question about where something is usually ends with an answer rather than a phone call.
