These terms cover your use of this website. By using it you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is run by Era Baru Business System Sdn Bhd, registration no. 199801007779 (463906-T), of No. 10, Lorong Batu Uban Dua, Taman Century, 11700 Gelugor, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. “We” and “us” mean Era Baru.

We describe our services here for information. That isn't an offer. Every service we run for a client is covered by a written agreement or quotation, and that agreement sets the terms, including what we're liable for while items are in our care. If anything on this site differs from your agreement, your agreement applies.

Tracking shows the events our crew have scanned for an order. It's a guide, not a guarantee. A scan can reach the system a little after it happened, and public tracking leaves some details out on purpose. If something looks wrong, contact us with the order number. Clients see the full record, including proof of delivery, in the client portal.

Please only look up order numbers that belong to you. Don't guess or step through order numbers, or use scripts to look them up. We limit how many lookups each connection can make.

The client portal and the staff app are separate systems. Your agreement with us covers the portal, and your employment terms cover the staff app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.

Don't use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or other people, or tries to reach systems or data you aren't allowed to see. Don't copy its content in bulk with automated tools.

The Era Baru name, logo, text and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask us before using our logo or content anywhere else. Photos on this site are illustrative.

We link to a few sites we don't run, such as maps. We aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We can't promise it'll always be available, free of errors or up to date. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for loss from using the site or relying on what's on it. This doesn't limit any liability the law doesn't let us limit, and it doesn't change what your agreement with us says about our services.

We never ask the person receiving a delivery to pay a fee, a customs charge or a redelivery charge through a link, SMS or WhatsApp. If you get a message like that in our name, don't click it and don't pay. Call us on 016 418 2478 to check.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

• When you send an enquiry: your name, company, work email, phone number and message. We need your name, email and message to reply. The rest is optional.
• When you track an order: the order number you enter. We also hold your connection's IP address in temporary memory to limit repeated lookups, and don't save it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short time for security.
• When we deliver to you or collect from you: your name, address and phone number, given to us by our client who is sending or receiving the item. When the item changes hands we record the time, the location (GPS) and the name of the person who received it, and we may take a signature or a photo as proof of delivery.
• When you use the client portal: your name, work email, your company and a record of what you do in the portal.
• This website doesn't use cookies for analytics or advertising.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To collect, deliver and track items, and to show proof of delivery to the client who sent them.
• To run client accounts, send invoices, and handle questions and complaints.
• To keep our systems secure and stop misuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell personal data, and we won't send you marketing unless you've agreed to it.

• The client who is sending or receiving the item. They see the delivery status, proof of delivery and the details recorded at handover.
• Service providers who host our systems and email for us, under contract.
• Government bodies, courts or regulators, where the law requires it.

Our systems are hosted by providers in Singapore, so the data you give us is stored there. We choose providers that protect data to a standard comparable to Malaysian law.

• Enquiries: 2 years after our last contact.
• Delivery records, including proof of delivery: 7 years after the delivery, or longer if a client's agreement or the law requires it.
• Client portal accounts: while the account is open, and 12 months after it's closed.

After that we delete it, or remove anything that identifies you.

Access is limited by role, our apps need a sign-in, data is encrypted in transit, and every handover is recorded.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it for a purpose. If we're delivering for one of our clients, we may need to pass your request to them. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.

We'll reply within 21 days.

• Apabila anda menjejak pesanan: nombor pesanan yang anda masukkan. Kami juga menyimpan alamat IP sambungan anda dalam memori sementara untuk mengehadkan carian berulang, dan tidak menyimpannya secara kekal. Penyedia hos kami mungkin menyimpan log pelayan biasa, termasuk alamat IP, untuk tempoh yang singkat bagi tujuan keselamatan.
• Apabila kami menghantar kepada atau mengutip daripada anda: nama, alamat dan nombor telefon anda, yang diberikan kepada kami oleh pelanggan kami yang menghantar atau menerima barang tersebut. Apabila barang bertukar tangan, kami merekodkan masa, lokasi (GPS) dan nama penerima, dan mungkin mengambil tandatangan atau gambar sebagai bukti penghantaran.
• Apabila anda menggunakan portal pelanggan: nama, e-mel kerja, syarikat anda dan rekod aktiviti anda dalam portal.
• Laman web ini tidak menggunakan kuki untuk analitik atau pengiklanan.

• Untuk membalas pertanyaan anda dan menyediakan sebut harga.
• Untuk mengutip, menghantar dan menjejak barang, serta menunjukkan bukti penghantaran kepada pelanggan yang menghantarnya.
• Untuk mengurus akaun pelanggan, menghantar invois, dan menjawab pertanyaan serta aduan.
• Untuk memastikan sistem kami selamat dan mencegah penyalahgunaan.
• Untuk mematuhi kewajipan undang-undang kami.

Kami tidak menjual data peribadi, dan kami tidak akan menghantar bahan pemasaran kepada anda tanpa persetujuan anda.

• Pelanggan yang menghantar atau menerima barang. Mereka boleh melihat status penghantaran, bukti penghantaran dan butiran yang direkodkan semasa serahan.
• Penyedia perkhidmatan yang mengehos sistem dan e-mel kami, di bawah kontrak.
• Badan kerajaan, mahkamah atau pengawal selia, apabila dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.

Sistem kami dihoskan oleh penyedia di Singapura, jadi data yang anda berikan disimpan di sana. Kami memilih penyedia yang melindungi data pada tahap setanding dengan undang-undang Malaysia.

• Pertanyaan: 2 tahun selepas hubungan terakhir kami.
• Rekod penghantaran, termasuk bukti penghantaran: 7 tahun selepas penghantaran, atau lebih lama jika dikehendaki oleh perjanjian pelanggan atau undang-undang.
• Akaun portal pelanggan: selama akaun dibuka, dan 12 bulan selepas ia ditutup.

Selepas itu, kami memadam data tersebut atau membuang apa-apa maklumat yang boleh mengenal pasti anda.

Akses dihadkan mengikut peranan, aplikasi kami memerlukan log masuk, data disulitkan semasa dihantar, dan setiap serahan direkodkan.

Anda boleh meminta untuk melihat data peribadi anda yang kami simpan, meminta kami membetulkannya, atau meminta kami berhenti menggunakannya bagi sesuatu tujuan. Jika kami membuat penghantaran bagi pihak pelanggan kami, kami mungkin perlu merujuk permintaan anda kepada mereka. Anda juga boleh membuat aduan kepada Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi.

Kami akan membalas dalam tempoh 21 hari.

Kami mungkin mengemas kini notis ini. Tarikh di atas menunjukkan bila ia kali terakhir diubah.
