Banking logistics
We collect from your branches on the same cycle every day, and every time a bag changes hands we record who took it.
In banking work, knowing where something is matters less than knowing who has it. Every collection is tied to a rider by name. When one rider passes a bag to another, the second rider has to accept it on their phone before it counts as handed over. And if a bag ever ends up with nobody’s name against it, that shows up as a problem the same day instead of sitting quietly in a queue until someone notices at month end.
What you get
- The same collection window every weekday, per branch
- Rider-to-rider handovers accepted on the phone, not assumed
- Missed pickups flagged the same day, to you and to us
- Bags tracked from the branch counter through to the cash centre
