Courier banking

Riders on fixed daily runs between your branches, processing centres and head office.

What’s included

Your branches get the same collection window every working day, and cheques go back out from head office to each branch on the same runs. Every bag is tied to a rider by name, and when one rider hands a bag to another, the second rider has to accept it on their phone before it counts. If a pickup is missed, you hear about it from us that day.

Mailroom services

We run your mailroom, so letters and packages reach the right desk and outgoing mail leaves on time.

What’s included

  • Incoming mail sorted and delivered to each department
  • Outgoing mail, franking and courier dispatch
  • Registered and recorded mail, tracked to a signature
  • Document pouch runs between your offices
  • On-site mailroom staff
  • Scanning of incoming mail

All your post goes through one desk instead of five. Incoming letters and parcels are logged when they arrive and taken to the right department, and outgoing mail is franked and sent by post or courier. Registered mail is tracked through to a signature, so when someone asks whether a notice went out, there is an answer. We can staff the mailroom on your premises, and scan incoming mail so it reaches people who are not in the office.

B2B logistics

Scheduled pickups and deliveries between your business, your sites and your clients.

  • Chartered lorries, 1, 3 and 10 tonne

We run fixed routes, so your collection happens inside a window you can plan around, with same-day and next-day delivery across the Klang Valley and overnight to most other states. When something can’t be delivered, it comes back as a return with its own tracking number. Stock moving between your own sites is tracked like any other delivery, and when a load is too big for a scheduled run, you can charter a 1, 3 or 10 tonne lorry for the job.

Parcels and documents delivered to your customers’ doors, with tracking they can check themselves.

Your customers get their parcel or document at the door, and they can check where it is on this site with the order number, without an account or a phone call to you. If nobody is in, the rider records why, and you decide whether we try again or bring it back.
